There are many different cuts and grades of wood, vertical grain being of the highest quality.  This cut impacts the life span, durability and appearance of a screen door. Clear cut vertical grain cedar is free from growth characteristics that affect appearance and durability.  Our clear western red cedar screen doors will add architechtural ambiance to your home or business. 

All of our cedar for our artisan screen doors  is milled by hand in the Mountain View Woodworks facility. As our doors are constructed by a skilled craftsman “book-matches” each style and rail and carefully matches the color and grain patterns. The result creates a subtle and unique texture to all our cedar screen doors.
